📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of commercial real estate transactions from initial interest through signed lease or purchase agreement • Ensure sites meet location, technical, and cost requirements while tracking critical dates and stakeholder timelines • Outline key terms for Letters of Intent and support legal redlining of leases and related contracts • Manage closing checklists and ensure zoning, title, survey, and environmental contingencies are cleared • Coordinate communication between Moove headquarters and the Japan team • Act as the central contact during cross-functional due diligence • Coordinate with project delivery teams to validate site buildability and power availability • Coordinate zoning, land-use, and permitting reviews with internal and external counsel • Collaborate with Finance to ensure deal economics fit CAPEX and OPEX models • Prepare concise Investment Committee memos and deal summaries for Go/No-Go decisions • Run pro formas and sensitivity analyses under different utility-rate and construction-cost scenarios • Maintain accurate and current real estate database records in tools such as Google Sheets and Asana

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 7+ years of professional experience • Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in commercial real estate transactions, development, or real estate private equity • Demonstrated experience managing transactions from LOI to execution • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, written and spoken • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field • Preferred: Experience with infrastructure or industrial assets, such as data centers, solar farms, logistics, or EV charging • Preferred: Understanding of municipal zoning and land-use entitlements • Preferred: Familiarity with commercial or industrial real estate leases • Preferred: Familiarity with Japanese real estate market dynamics, local regulations, and public bidding processes • Ability to synthesize complex information and manage cross-functional consensus • Structured thinking, initiative, risk awareness, and collaborative working style
