📋 Description
• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI semantic models to support complex business requirements • Design, implement, and optimize DAX queries to create efficient and scalable data models • Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders • Collaborate with data engineers to integrate and transform data from various sources into Power BI • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Power BI reports and dashboards • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI solutions to enhance user experience • Participate in capacity planning and sizing of Power BI service components • Maintain and update documentation related to Power BI processes and configurations in line with Allianz Technology standards • Coordinate with stakeholders, including development, architecture, rollout, and operations teams, as well as customers, for releases, upgrades, and changes • Support service-related risk assessments and audits
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence • Expertise in advanced Power BI semantic modeling and DAX • Proven experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Synapse is a plus • Familiarity with cloud architecture and software as a service (SaaS) concepts is nice to have • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
