📋 Description
• Define and prioritize data assurance requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards • Collaborate with data engineers, data modelers, and analysts to design and implement data pipelines • Monitor and improve data quality and integrity, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable backlog items • Oversee testing and validation of data pipelines to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance • Document data processes, workflows, and standards for consistency and compliance • Stay current on industry trends in insurance, data engineering, and cloud technologies • Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • 3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in insurance-related projects • 3+ years in data engineering, data assurance, or related technical roles • Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks • Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and DataVault 2.0 methodology • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Spark for data processing and analysis • Familiarity with data quality frameworks, validation techniques, and governance • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
