📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership, translating business needs into HR initiatives, organizational design, and workforce planning • Support workforce planning and advise on headcount decisions with Finance and Talent Acquisition • Lead the people side of the Kolsquare–Storyclash integration and future group-wide change initiatives • Assess organizational readiness for change and design communication and adoption plans • Help employees and managers navigate change • Identify and address friction between teams, processes, and ways of working • Build and drive the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, calibration, and ratings consistency • Coach managers on feedback, underperformance, and team development • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles • Partner on retention strategies for critical talent using turnover and risk analysis • Advise managers on employee-relations matters, conflict resolution, and sensitive conversations • Serve as the main HR contact for the Austrian Works Council and other employee representative bodies • Partner with external counsel where needed on legal risk and employee relations • Interpret engagement survey results and co-create action plans with managers • Use people data to diagnose issues and shape recommendations for leaders • Open and coordinate helloCash role openings with team.blue’s central Talent Acquisition team • Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and contribute throughout recruiting processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment • Generalist grounding across talent, employee relations, performance, and engagement • Experience advising and influencing senior leaders • Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law • Experience with collective agreements and works councils • Comfortable building HR processes and tools from the ground up • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • High emotional intelligence and real conflict-navigation skills • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken • French is a plus • Experience partnering across a multi-entity or multi-brand group, or in a post-acquisition/integration context is a nice-to-have • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR reporting and people analytics • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as HiBob and engagement tools such as Culture Amp is a plus • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and supporting hiring managers in defining role profiles
