📋 Description

• Perform manual and exploratory testing of new features and releases • Validate functionality, usability, and visual consistency before customer release • Write, maintain, and organize reusable test cases and test plans • Triage incoming customer support tickets by reproducing issues and assessing severity and priority • Route support issues to the appropriate internal owner through Jira with clear context • Document bugs with reproduction steps and track them through resolution • Keep stakeholders informed of defect status • Bridge communication between Support, Product, and Engineering • Partner with the QA Automation Engineer to identify automation candidates and avoid duplicated effort • Refine Definition of Done criteria and testing checklists • Contribute to a consistent, scalable QA process • Identify opportunities to use AI tools to improve QA workflows • Gain hands-on exposure to automated test suites over time

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a QA role focused on manual/functional testing within a SaaS or software environment • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and bug reporting/tracking • Comfortable triaging and prioritizing customer support tickets • Ability to translate customer-reported issues into clear, actionable technical tickets • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in daily work • Ability to validate AI outputs rather than accepting them blindly • Hands-on experience with a helpdesk/support tool such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar • Experience with an issue tracker such as Jira • Familiarity with basic scripting or automation concepts is a plus • Familiarity with simple JavaScript/TypeScript or a tool such as Postman is a plus • Experience with Scrum or Kanban • Comfortable providing quality feedback during sprint planning and grooming • Versatile, organized, and detail-driven • Solution-oriented approach to root-cause analysis and process improvement • Fluent in English and able to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues
