📋 Description

• Build, improve and optimize advanced services built with python that power data synchronisation, transformation across 300+ source APIs and 30+ destinations. • Develop new connectors and improve existing ones, handling auth flows, rate limiting, retries, pagination, and schema variations. • Improve scalability and reliability of production systems (performance, concurrency, monitoring, incident prevention). • Write well-tested code (pytest) and review merge requests from teammates. • Work in two-week sprints with room for shifting priorities, we stay pragmatic, not process-heavy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional programming experience, with strong expertise in Python. • Experience building and maintaining complex, production-grade systems. • Experience integrating third-party APIs (auth, rate limits, pagination, error handling). • Deep understanding of Python fundamentals: OOP, mutable vs. immutable types, concurrency (threads/async). • Solid experience with Linux-based development and production environments. • Working knowledge of SQL (we use PostgreSQL). • You enjoy a fast-moving organization where you have real impact and ownership. • Fluent English (written and spoken), we’re a fully remote, async-friendly team. • Willing to complete a background check.
