📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective customers in Austria and Switzerland • Advise customers at management and executive levels on comprehensive solutions from the Honeywell Building Solutions portfolio • Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions focused on building automation, security, energy efficiency, and digital transformation • Manage complex sales processes from opportunity identification through proposal and contract negotiations to successful close • Build long-term customer relationships and actively develop strategic accounts • Work closely with technical experts, project teams, and international stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects • Use CRM systems professionally to manage the pipeline, prepare forecasts, and plan sales activities

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree, preferably in building automation, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field • Several years of experience in consultative solution sales involving complex technical solutions and/or services • Proven success in acquiring new customers and building business relationships at decision-maker and executive levels • Strong understanding of building automation and specific customer requirements • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a strong customer focus • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly for business • Very good German and English language skills
