As an official weclapp and Exact partner they build and support cloud-based plugins, workflows (Power Automate, n8n, Make. com) and API integrations for fulfillment, shipping carriers and accounting to reduce manual work and enable scalable operations. They provide implementation, custom automation, off-the-shelf plugins and ongoing support for companies using ERP/shop/fulfillment stacks.

📋 Description

• Support customers throughout the weclapp lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support • Capture and systematically document business requirements and communicate them to the development team • Configure weclapp for common e-commerce processes and agreed specifications • Independently implement smaller automations and customizations, such as n8n flows, API calls, data imports, and data mappings • Involve the development team in more complex matters and support the implementation of solutions and SaaS plugins for weclapp • Deliver onboarding training sessions and create documentation • Help teams use their weclapp system securely • Analyze support and integration issues involving stores, marketplaces, payment services, and carriers, identify root causes, and implement solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of weclapp and initial practical experience in a consulting, in-house, or support role within e-commerce • Strong understanding of ERP processes, including order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, master data, and workflows • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance • Basic technical understanding, including the ability to read and understand APIs and data structures • Experience with, or willingness to learn, creating smaller automations, flows, or scripts independently using n8n, REST, and JSON • Active use of modern AI tools, such as LLMs and AI assistants • Structured, solution-oriented working style • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Based and employed in Austria or Germany • Nice to have: experience with the weclapp API, integrations, data imports, or automations • Nice to have: JavaScript (Node.js/Vue.js) or Python • Nice to have: MCP and generative AI • Nice to have: experience with e-commerce stacks involving Shopify, marketplaces, WMS, and shipping/carriers • Nice to have: experience in training and enablement
