• Provide contract management support throughout the contract lifecycle • Draft, review, negotiate flow-downs, interpretation and administration of contractual documents • Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-standard terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, internal company procedures, and applicable laws • Report directly to Assistant General Counsel • Contribute to Honeywell’s Integrated Supply Chain contracting operations by supporting the contract formation process • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual requirements • Help drive continuous improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract management processes
• 5+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions • Superior communications skills (both oral and written); ability to function as member of virtual team • Juris Doctor (JD) preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other related field • Ability to analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions • Integrity and strong focus on compliance with internal standards and policies • Sound business judgment, strong problem solving and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize work and coordinate multiple tasks within time constraints • Demonstrated ability to influence and deal tactfully and confidentially with internal and external customers in a dynamic environment • Government or commercial contracting or procurement experience including intellectual property, export control, and uniform commercial code requirements preferred • Working knowledge of procurement contract administration including legal, procurement, accounting requirements, international contracting laws, and negotiations desirable • MS Office literacy
