📋 Description

• Develop system architectures and application designs for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) solutions • Conduct on-site surveys and technical assessments across various countries to gather requirements and assess conditions • Translate field conditions into clear, actionable designs and defined project scopes • Lead the development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and network/integration diagrams • Define integrations across multiple systems, including HVAC, refrigeration controls, lighting systems, and energy/submetering • Design and validate protocol integrations such as BACnet, Modbus, RS-485, and IP • Identify and mitigate design risks for effective project execution • Bridge engineering, sales, and delivery to ensure solutions are technically sound and deployable across multi-site environments • Support building automation and energy management projects across the EU

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and/or Energy Management Systems (EMS) • Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration control systems, electrical distribution, and submetering • Knowledge of field integration protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and IP networking • Hands-on experience with Niagara/JACE platforms and Honeywell or equivalent BMS systems • Demonstrated experience delivering multi-site rollouts in retail, QSR, or commercial environments • Experience performing site surveys and translating findings into system designs • Willingness to travel over 50% in the EU; the description also states frequent travel of more than 30% • Ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and field execution teams • Strong communication skills • Detail-oriented focus • Ability to work independently across multiple countries and projects
