• Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal). • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or education, with a strong track record of creating teacher guides, student learning materials, instructional ancillaries, and PowerPoint decks. • Familiarity with adult learning, competency-based education, or workforce development. • Strong critical thinking and the ability to analyze content for accuracy, depth, and clarity. • Ability to write meaningful, reflective questions that support deeper learning. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently while accepting feedback and direction. • Comfortable handling large amounts of content and multiple simultaneous modules. • Ability to break down complex ideas into clear, digestible instructional materials. • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
