📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end global delivery engine • Lead globally distributed teams • Shape how technology is deployed at scale • Influence product and platform strategy • Operate directly with C-suite and government stakeholders • Build and scale repeatable, high-performance delivery frameworks • Serve as the executive relationship owner for critical accounts • Manage delivery risk across complex portfolios

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years leading technology services, managed services, or professional services organisations • Proven success running large-scale delivery in regulated industries • Strong track record of P&L ownership and commercial accountability • Experience managing complex, multi-year, enterprise engagements • Expertise leading globally distributed teams • Deep experience within SAP ecosystems (implementation, integration, or transformation programs) • Regulatory & Industry knowledge including frameworks such as ITAR, EAR, NERC CIP, FAR/DFARS • Confidence navigating international delivery and data sovereignty requirements
