📋 Description

• Assist with planning, directing, and monitoring Merchandisers’ activities • Ensure implementation of merchandising activities • Support achievement of the Company’s goals

🎯 Requirements

• An Associate Degree or Diploma in Sales or Marketing from reputable tertiary institution • 5 CXC or GCE O’Levels, including English Language and a numeric subject • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Merchandiser or two (2) years in a similar capacity • Training in Customer Service • A valid Food Handlers Permit • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills • Highly developed analytical, problem solving and time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Good people and leadership skills • Willingness to travel extensively, work long hours and sometimes on weekends • A valid driver’s license; own and operate a reliable motor vehicle • Live in or near the assigned territory • Applicants with a proven track record in selling FMCG will have an advantage
