📋 Description

• Assist with monitoring and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable; • Support verification and organization of financial documents; • Assist in performing bank reconciliations; • Support tracking of payments, receipts, and cash flow; • Assist in creating and updating spreadsheets and financial reports; • File and organize physical and digital documents; • Provide support for expense control, reimbursements, and expense reporting; • Support other administrative activities related to the finance department.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields; • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; • Comfortable working with numbers and financial controls; • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
