• Mengelola operasional penjualan dan supply untuk program All You Can Trade • Memastikan proses berjalan efektif, pricing kompetitif, serta mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan di channel retail partner • Monitoring performa penjualan AYCT di seluruh channel • Mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan sales • Melakukan training dan pendampingan pada partner baru • Memastikan sistem internal mendukung kategori AYCT • Bekerja sama dengan tim KAM dan operational internal untuk semua yang terkait dengan AYCT • Melakukan tracking KPI dan progress improvement
• Pendidikan & Pengalaman Minimal D3 • Pengalaman 2–5 tahun di bidang: Sales Operations / Retail Operations IT/ Gadget / Consumer Electronics • Memiliki SIM-C dan kendaraan motor pribadi (harus) • Bisa menganalisis data (sales, pricing, inventory) • Terbiasa menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, basic formula) • Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja lintas tim (sales, product, tech, partner)
