β€’ Manages an existing sustained customer base with a minimum sustained territory size of $30 million up to $75 million β€’ Generates a minimum of 5% new profitable sales each fiscal year β€’ Spends up to 25% of time focusing on growth through new & existing customers via new and existing products β€’ Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned β€’ Sales focus will serve customers in the aerospace fasteners, space, defense, aerospace structural, aerospace distribution, medical, energy and industrial markets

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma required β€’ Four-year college degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred β€’ 10+ years of sales/relationship management experience β€’ Proficient knowledge of markets and pricing practices/policies β€’ Ability to be flexible and organized when faced with frequently changing priorities β€’ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills β€’ Strong quantitative and data-driven decision-making skills β€’ Proven ability to resolve conflicts and arrive at good business decisions
