📋 Description

• Respond to security incidents across any technological environment at iFood (cloud, on-premises, applications, pipelines, and operating systems). • Monitor anomalous behavior and signs of hacking attacks in real time. • Investigate and contain security incidents detected proactively or reported by third parties, such as internal teams, media, and partners. • Minimize operational, media, and regulatory impact during incidents. • Work in partnership with privacy, legal, and communications teams depending on the type of incident. • Collaborate with the Red Team, which simulates attackers to validate response capabilities. • Consolidate and improve existing incident response processes. • Operate autonomously, responding to incidents with available resources regardless of the technology involved.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in security incident response (DFIR — Digital Forensics and Incident Response). • Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud environments. • Generalist, broad profile — ability to respond to incidents across any technological scenario. • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, and Linux). • Knowledge of network and infrastructure security. • Ability to investigate, isolate, and remediate incidents. • Knowledge of Kubernetes and container architecture. • Experience with AppSec (application security) and vulnerability analysis. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and security tooling (DevSecOps). • Experience with SIEM, EDR, and SOAR tools. • Experience working with Red Team or in attack simulation exercises. • Knowledge of development/automation (Python, Go, etc.).
