📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses, producing conclusive inputs to support strategic and product decisions • Build, monitor, and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and continuous evolution • Support the definition of hypotheses, experiments, and impact analyses related to initiatives and significant changes • Translate data and analyses into clear, actionable insights, with strong communication and storytelling skills • Collaborate with business, credit, data, and technology teams, ensuring alignment between analysis, context, and execution • Contribute to strategic discussions, bringing a critical perspective, a sense of priority, and an understanding of trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical profile, with autonomy to work with data, metrics, and structured analyses. • Well-developed business acumen, with an understanding of financial, operational, and customer experience impacts. • Effective strategic communication, able to engage with diverse audiences and levels of seniority. • Critical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to constructively challenge the status quo. • Organized, autonomous, and responsible in delivering results. • Interest in digital products and data-driven decision-making. • Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. • Language: English - Advanced. • Knowledge of SQL. • Python is a plus.
