📋 Description

• Support accounting coordination in decision-making by providing technical analyses, consultative support and strategic accounting information to the business; • Participate in the monthly and quarterly accounting close process, ensuring the quality, consistency and compliance of financial information in accordance with the company's internal policies and applicable accounting standards (IFRS and CPCs); • Prepare and review accounting reports and financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement (DRE), Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL), Statement of Value Added (DVA), Cash Flow Statement (DFC), Notes to the Financial Statements and others; • Prepare managerial reports and other financial disclosures; • Review the individual financial statements of SPEs (Special Purpose Entities), ensuring adherence to accounting standards and the quality of reported information; • Review account reconciliations and validate financial statement balances against supporting documentation and accounting records; • Review and support the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and the managerial reports resulting from the close process; • Act as a technical point of reference for other company areas on complex accounting topics with significant financial impact; • Review and validate accounting information to be reported to regulatory and institutional bodies, including IBGE and other regulatory requests; • Contribute to continuous improvement, automation and process optimization projects for accounting, aiming to increase productivity, reduce rework and improve operational efficiency; • Monitor updates in accounting, corporate and tax legislation, supporting coordination with technical analyses and dissemination of knowledge within the area; • Provide technical support to the accounting team, contributing to internal development, process standardization and strengthening of the department's practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Sciences Contábeis); • Solid experience with balance sheet consolidation, preferably in the construction or real estate development sector; • Experience with monthly and quarterly accounting close; • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; • Knowledge of SAP is desirable; • Knowledge of the Cash Flow Statement (DFC) will be considered a differential; • Active CRC (regional accounting registration in Brazil).
