📋 Description

• Manage the fleet of light and heavy vehicles dedicated to transporting medications; • Interface with suppliers for maintenance, installation and adaptation services for light and heavy vehicles; • Validate and regularize service orders (S.O.), ensuring technical and cost compliance; • Register and de-register vehicles in internal systems and management platforms; • Control preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles; • Monitor fuel consumption, tires, parts and operational costs; • Investigate traffic fines and related incidents; • Monitor fleet documentation (registration/licenses, insurance, and inspections); • Develop operational performance indicators (KPIs); • Manage relationships with suppliers and repair shops; • Plan fleet renewal and right-sizing; • Prepare management reports and cost analyses;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; • Experience in fleet management and logistics; • Knowledge of truck maintenance and cost control; • Familiarity with Ticketlog platforms; • Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; • Valid Category B driver’s license;
