📋 Description

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs. • Produce functional documentation (business rules, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria), ensuring traceability and clarity. • Serve as a liaison between business areas and technical teams, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding of requirements. • Support backlog management and prioritization, collaborating in the organization and planning of deliveries. • Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, planning), contributing to the continuous improvement of deliverables. • Define and validate acceptance criteria, supporting testing and user acceptance activities. • Identify process improvements and support the ongoing evolution of solutions. • Support users and stakeholders in understanding implemented features and changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in eliciting and analyzing functional requirements. • Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure (or similar). • Ability to produce clear, structured documentation of processes and business rules. • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business areas. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields (preferred).
