📋 Description

• Support VWFS Brazil’s integrated Sustainability and Government Relations strategy and execution • Embed ESG principles into institutional and business agendas • Lead the operational execution of projects • Monitor the political and regulatory environment • Engage with strategic stakeholders • Develop positions that promote sustainable development, innovation, and social and environmental responsibility • Drive initiatives aligned with sustainability best practices • Ensure regulatory compliance • Anticipate reputational risks and strengthen the company’s institutional positioning • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations • Support the definition, tracking, and reporting of ESG goals and indicators • Support the management of the Strategic Government Relations and ESG & Sustainability Committees • Support advocacy processes, strategy reviews, and institutional representation activities • Implement sustainability and government relations initiatives in partnership with internal teams • Conduct technical analyses and qualitative and quantitative studies on ESG and government-related topics • Develop KPI dashboards and reports for data monitoring and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Industrial, or related fields), Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, and/or related disciplines • Relevant experience in Government Relations, Institutional Relations, and corporate sustainability • Experience in legislative monitoring and risk and opportunity analysis • Strong project management skills, particularly in government relations and corporate sustainability • Knowledge and experience in government relations, government representation, and the development and implementation of initiatives involving government bodies, organizations, and civil society • Experience planning and executing advocacy initiatives • Experience monitoring legislative, judicial, and executive developments, as well as tracking targets • Familiarity with national and international regulations and legislation related to ESG and sustainability best practices • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency • Knowledge of risk indicator analysis and social, governance, and other reports, including GRI, SASB, and TCFD • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
