📋 Description

• Develop special and traditional projects, consistently seeking to generate new ideas that expand the traditional OOH (Out-of-Home) model; • Act as a business partner to the Commercial (Sales) team, supporting with high-impact presentations as business opportunities for agencies and advertisers; • Develop and structure strategies and approaches for acquiring new clients and maintaining and growing existing recurring clients; • Participate in briefing meetings with internal and external clients, leading the team's agenda with other departments; • Negotiate packages with clients; • Use market research tools to support analysis and insights that form the basis for delivering these projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on PowerPoint; • Basic knowledge of media concepts (especially TV and Digital); • Strong organizational skills are essential; • Understanding of offline media planning; • Collaborative mindset — ability to engage and work in partnership with different teams; • Ability to manage and negotiate deadlines and priorities.
