📋 Description

• Manage, analyze and monitor Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) projects, with a focus on the Lei do Bem (Brazilian R&D tax incentive). • Conduct interviews, kick-offs and technical meetings with innovation and technology managers and other strategic client stakeholders. • Identify, analyze and classify eligible R&D activities, technological innovations and process improvements. • Develop scientific arguments, technical reports, technical‑scientific documents and defense documentation for innovation projects. • Prepare and deliver technical and executive presentations, both oral and written, for clients and stakeholders. • Map, monitor and submit funding opportunities and support technical and financial reporting when applicable. • Manage client portfolios, schedules, deadlines, data collection and validation, ensuring quality, consistency and regulatory compliance. • Track performance indicators, design processes and support continuous improvement of deliverables. • Participate in internal meetings, client visits and innovation events, representing the company within the innovation ecosystem. • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing client needs and the evolution of projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Science, Control and Automation, Mechatronics or related fields. • Proven experience in R&D&I projects, technological innovation and/or with the Lei do Bem (Brazilian R&D tax incentive). • Consulting experience, with direct interaction with clients and decision-makers at medium and large companies. • Strong technical writing skills, experience producing innovation reports and constructing scientific arguments. • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a consultative and analytical profile. • Results-oriented, autonomous and organized in managing multiple demands. • Knowledge and practical application of Design Thinking and agile methodologies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
