📋 Description

• Organize, sort, and manage client documents, structuring and categorizing files into designated folders • Review technical documentation essential for credit operations, such as property registration documents (matrículas) and income tax returns • Actively use banking platforms and systems (Itaú, Santander, Caixa, among others) to support process workflows • Provide direct support to the Executive Team in daily administrative routines • Act in a solution-oriented, transparent, and empathetic manner in client relationships and while advancing client requests

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling a high volume of documents and processes • Basic knowledge of Income Tax, ability to read/interpret property registration documents, and familiarity with banking systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Preferred: previous experience or knowledge in consortia, financing, and credit products
