📋 Description

• Provide excellent support to Kovi's driver partners; • Turn negative experiences into positive ones through customer service; • Have an in-depth knowledge of our plans, processes, and business model to clarify doubts; • Responsible for finding the best solution for our drivers, coordinating with partner teams to ensure the best experience; • Act as the voice of our customers by compiling opportunities to present to leadership, keeping focus on improving the driver experience with Kovi; • Collaborate in creating and improving processes and initiatives that optimize the driver experience; • Work according to the defined shift schedule, remaining available to provide excellent hybrid support to our drivers.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Office tools and G Suite; • Previous experience in phone-based customer service / CX and written channels (both are a plus); • Technical or practical knowledge of automotive mechanics is a competitive advantage; • Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity; • Flexibility and organizational skills; we are a company in constant transformation and change is part of our daily routine; • Ability to anticipate problems: we aim to be one step ahead when it comes to helping our drivers; • Punctuality and responsibility; work follows a predefined shift schedule and online service channels; • Transformative mindset: always seeking new ways to deliver results; • Ease in working as part of a team and sharing knowledge; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Analytical with a focus on continuously improving current processes;
