📋 Description

• Perform, review and update item/material master records in the ERP system (SAP) to ensure proper compliance with tax and fiscal obligations; • Adjust taxes (VAT) on the entry of fiscal documents (NF-e); • Analyze the recording of Service Invoices, performing appropriate fiscal classification (withholdings and tax credits); • Issue tax invoices (returns, transfers, simple shipments, sale of used oil, etc.); • Support analysis of supplier and customer master data to ensure that tax withholdings (when applicable) are applied correctly; • Calculate taxes on imported services; • Support the department with other tax routines. • **Tax Reform** • Add and review material/item master data (incoming and outgoing) in accordance with current legislation; • Support the review of tax parameterizations for the Tax Reform Project; • Monitor legislative updates that may affect the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law, Accounting, or related fields; • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (J1BTAX); • Experience processing tax documents (goods and services entries); • Retail experience will be considered an advantage.
