• Analyze the commercial leads database on a daily basis. • Organize, clean and classify leads according to potential and profile. • Distribute leads to consultants according to defined strategic criteria. • Monitor response times and lead utilization rates. • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in commercial conversion. • Prepare SME health plan quotations with insurers and partner platforms. • Support the commercial team in preparing sales proposals. • Conduct multichannel outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails and professional networks) to generate new business opportunities. • Qualify leads from inbound and outbound sources using the technical criteria defined by the commercial strategy. • Map the main decision-makers and influencers in the client environment, identifying pains and needs before scheduling meetings. • Ensure data governance in the CRM, keeping interaction histories and lead information rigorously up to date. • Execute the handoff process to the sales team, providing detailed context on qualified opportunities. • Monitor performance indicators and funnel metrics to continuously optimize prospecting efficiency. • Provide strategic feedback to Marketing on lead quality and alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). • Master sales automation tools and consultative selling techniques to ensure pipeline health and progression. • Collaborate actively with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with the company’s growth goals. • Identify buying triggers and overcome initial objections to increase top-of-funnel conversion rates.
• University degree (in progress or completed). • Strong skills with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.). • Experience in brokerages or insurance companies is desirable. • Knowledge of employee benefits is desirable. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). • Familiarity with prospecting automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, RD Station, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Basic knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign). • Ability to understand the sales funnel and the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). • Lead qualification techniques (BANT, SPIN Selling, GPCT, among others). • Strong verbal and written communication with clear and empathetic argumentation. • Ability to handle objections and adapt messaging to different interlocutors. • Organization and discipline to manage pipeline and daily targets. • Previous B2B sales experience or experience in a startup/technology environment is desirable. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and sales performance metrics (KPIs).
