📋 Description

• Support and execute process improvement projects focused on reducing manual, repetitive, and low-value-added activities. • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to improve data quality, decision making, and processes. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and KPIs for efficiency, quality, and operational performance. • Support process automation and Artificial Intelligence initiatives, including predictive analytics, decision support, and productivity gains. • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-, technology-, and AI-based solutions to increase efficiency, improve quality, and enhance the customer experience. • Collaborate with the team to implement new practices, continuous improvement methodologies, innovations, and updates to existing systems. • Develop solutions using no/low-code platforms. • Map processes for continuous improvement. • Use Generative AI to optimize processes. • Analyze data and build dashboards. • Investigate root causes and propose data-driven solutions.
