📋 Description

• Lead project execution, ensuring the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and management of projects' operational budgets, including team, logistics, and infrastructure costs. • Implement and systematize processes and best practices across the operation. • Manage and train field teams, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring activities are delivered in line with project objectives and established schedules. • Identify operational needs in the territories, including personnel, equipment, and infrastructure, and prioritize and enable these demands. • Engage with local communities and leaders to facilitate activity implementation, aligning schedules, operational needs, and conditions for field work.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing operations in environmental or socio-environmental projects, with field experience, preferably in REDD+ projects, the carbon market, ecological restoration, or territorial monitoring. • Experience leading and managing teams in contexts with multiple concurrent projects and activities. • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). • English language skills are considered a plus.
