📋 Description

• Act as a change agent in evolving the Discovery practice • Develop Discovery interventions, frameworks and artifacts • Facilitate activities and workshops with product leaders • Define and structure Discovery quality metrics • Support the identification of problems and hypotheses • Analyze data and generate insights • Collaborate with stakeholders and drive alignment • Document learnings and best practices • Connect Discovery with internal tools and platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Product Discovery (mandatory) • Knowledge of: • - Design Thinking • - Productization journey (end-to-end product) • - Hands-on experience running discovery activities/workshops
