📋 Description

• Deeply understand how teams work, managing the end-to-end production flow • Identify, analyze and mitigate bottlenecks, accumulation points, or efficiency losses across the flow • Identify waste such as rework, waiting time and requests started without clarity • Act as a link between Strategy, Discovery and Delivery, ensuring continuous alignment among these areas • Support process standardization and governance, promoting team integration and evolution • Promote Triple Track Agile practices, a systemic view and cross-area collaboration • Know and disseminate discovery best practices (suggested artifacts) • Knowledge of and ability to generate discovery metrics • User and creator of AI agents that bring speed, quality and predictability to the stages

🎯 Requirements

• Strong systemic thinking and focus on operational efficiency across the end-to-end production flow (from discovery to delivery of customer value, including delivery quality) • Experience in product management with a focus on discovery best practices • Data- and metrics-driven approach • Ability to integrate, mediate and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders • Continuous improvement mindset with focus on waste reduction and process evolution • User and builder of AI agents that add speed, quality and predictability to production flow stages • Product management experience and knowledge of KMM are welcome
