📋 Description

• Act as a **deep technical reference** in engineering, making critical decisions on architecture, performance, and security; influencing multiple teams and ensuring scalable solutions aligned with the bank's cloud strategy. • Define, review, and evolve **complex technical architectures** • Serve as a **technical authority** on Java, AWS and distributed systems • Support squads and coordinators on high-impact technical decisions • Ensure high standards of **quality, security, and resilience** • Contribute to technical guidelines, corporate standards, and best practices • Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced expertise in **Java 11+** in mission-critical environments • Strong specialization in **AWS** (architecture, security, cost management, scalability) • **AWS certification required** (e.g., *AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional* or equivalent) • Experience with **event-driven architecture, microservices, and high availability** • Deep knowledge of **security**, observability, and governance • Experience with **mission-critical platforms and high transactional volumes** • Resilience patterns: **Circuit Breakers**, Retries, **Rate Limiting**, Timeouts, and **Fallbacks** • Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) • Experience working with AI
