📋 Description

• Gather requirements, develop and fix issues in applications • Promote automation and optimization of processes and analyses • Maintain close relationships with business areas and other IT teams within the BTG Pactual Group • Ensure high availability of platforms by creating and evolving deployment processes, including blue/green and canary deployments • Develop software using agile methodologies and following object-oriented best practices and clean code

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a technical lead • Hands-on profile • Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) • Experience with .NET (C#) • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) • Design patterns • Experience with unit testing (TDD) • Knowledge of Git • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum) • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes • Experience with messaging frameworks (Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.) • Good communication and teamwork • Ability to write robust, testable, and well-validated code • Knowledge of high-availability and high-performance applications • Preferred: Knowledge of the financial markets • Preferred: Experience with code quality tools (Sonar) • Preferred: Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, etc.) • Preferred: Knowledge of Prometheus, metrics, and monitoring • Preferred: Experience with single-page applications (SPA) • Preferred: Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Apache Lucene, and GraphQL • Preferred: Experience working with cloud deployment and management • Preferred: Experience managing and deploying CI/CD • Logical reasoning and analytical skills • Good communication • Team spirit and conflict-resolution ability • Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder profiles • Ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams • Creativity and proactivity • Organizational skills
