📋 Description

• Drafting, analysis and review of domestic and international contracts. • Preparation of legal opinions and support for business areas. • Liaison with external law firms and regulatory bodies. • Leading negotiations directly with suppliers and partners. • Managing workflows and supporting team organization. • Providing technical guidance and direction to the team. • Risk analysis and mapping, with proposals for mitigation solutions.
