📋 Description

• Responsible for a consumer and banking litigation caseload; • Review of legal publications and court notices; • Drafting all pleadings and other case documents for the assigned portfolio; • Negotiating and concluding settlements; • Entering and updating information in the firm’s and client’s systems; • Monitoring case progress and procedural deadlines; • Performing other routine tasks related to the caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; postgraduate studies in the field preferred. • Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association); • Experience in civil litigation and consumer law; • Agility and organizational skills; • Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands; • Strong oral and written communication skills; • Regular attendance and dependability; • High productivity; • Ability to work autonomously and in teams; • Leadership development and capacity building; • Team management and relationship skills; • Client and peer relationship management; • Institutional engagement and collaboration; • Good interpersonal relations; • Strong writing, communication, and logical reasoning skills.
