📋 Description

• Dispatch publications, schedule deadlines in the system, and analyze medium- and high-complexity cases; • Prepare reports and meet deadlines; • Draft defenses and appeals (small claims appeal, appeal, motions for clarification), and other filings; • Prepare procedural documents, manage deadlines, and have experience handling the following types of actions: • __Bank as Defendant__ (or defendant party): Economic Plans/Inflationary Adjustments/Expurgos/IDEC/INCPP, Revision Actions, Damages claims, Declaratory actions, Account claims, Precautionary measures, Tax executions. • Manage cases in the merits phase and in enforcement of judgment or judgment liquidation stages; • Enter procedural information into the firm’s case management system within the project called SIGA developed by the client; • Handle client requests submitted via spreadsheet; • Comply with the requirements and provisions set out in Banco do Brasil’s Outsourced Legal Services Manual, with the bank’s rules and guidelines, and with client service workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Active São Paulo Bar Association registration (OAB/SP); • Practicing as an attorney for at least 1 year and up to 3 years; • Experience in law firms, preferably in high-volume/mass litigation practice; • Skill in drafting defenses and appeals of lower complexity; • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
