📋 Description
• Handle a high-volume civil caseload, primarily consumer lawsuits; • Client service and participation in meetings as needed; • Case analysis for pre-litigation strategies and administrative settlements; • Prepare responses and defenses in administrative proceedings (PROCON, ANATEL, etc.); • Monitor cases and update internal and client systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree with active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association); • Experience in consumer civil litigation, preferably within a law firm.
