📋 Description

• Handling medium- and high-complexity cases and a strategic case portfolio. • Drafting procedural documents and filings for all stages of the litigation process. • Representation in administrative and judicial proceedings before the MPT (Brazilian Public Labor Prosecutor's Office). • Conducting hearings and delivering oral arguments. • Providing legal advice on routine matters and on specific projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (complete). • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in good standing. • Advanced English. • Experience with strategic litigation. • Experience applying AI tools to support analysis and day-to-day tasks.
