📋 Description

• Responsible for a labor law litigation caseload; • Drafting all pleadings and procedural documents for the caseload; • Negotiating and executing settlement agreements; • Acting for the defendant (employer) with a focus on the enforcement/execution phase; • Updating the firm’s and the client’s case management systems; • Monitoring procedural progress and court deadlines; • Performing other routine tasks related to the caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association); • Completed law degree (LL.B./JD equivalent); postgraduate studies in the field are desirable; • Solid knowledge of labor procedure and labor litigation practice; • Prior experience in high-volume legal environments, specifically in the enforcement/execution phase; • Strong legal writing skills and logical reasoning are essential; • Ability to work effectively in a team; • Good communication skills and professional conduct; • Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent demands; • Advanced Excel skills; • Strong oral and written communication; • Reliability and consistent attendance.
