📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret court decisions, identifying procedural and financial impacts to determine appropriate measures. • Prepare calculations of judgment amounts, update values, and ensure the accuracy of presented figures. • Participate in the analysis and definition of procedural strategies during the enforcement phase, monitor case progress, and propose suitable solutions for each matter. • Create and maintain procedural and financial control spreadsheets, using Excel formulas to update values, verify calculations, and generate reports. • Support management of the case portfolio by analyzing information, indicators, and internal controls related to legal claims. • Contribute to organizing and monitoring departmental routines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Previous experience in civil litigation, particularly in matters at the enforcement/execution stage. • Knowledge of analyzing court decisions, calculating judgment amounts, and updating values. • Proficient in Excel for creating spreadsheets, applying formulas, and managing procedural information. • Analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail for managing caseloads and deadlines.
