📋 Description

• Act on behalf of NWADV as part of the team handling enforcement of court-awarded attorneys' fees, managing cases across all states; • Issue notices and court publications, schedule deadlines in the case management system, review case files, prepare reports, and meet deadlines; • Update calculations and thereafter contact the opposing counsel in order to resolve the dispute through settlement; • Draft defenses, appeals, and various procedural filings; • Handle credit recovery actions: enforcement (execution), payment order (monitória) and collection proceedings; • Advance cases to secure payment (request SISBAJUD, RENAJUD, INFOJUD, SNIPER, etc.); • Conduct post-judgment enforcement proceedings, including preparation and challenge of calculations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of active OAB/SP membership; • Experience in high-volume law firms; • Proficiency in credit recovery proceedings; • Experience with post-judgment enforcement stage, preparation and contestation of calculations, provision of security, and filing objections; • Full Microsoft Office proficiency, with intermediate Excel skills required at times; • Ability to prepare defenses, appeals, and various procedural filings; • Strong command of post-judgment enforcement procedures and calculation preparation and challenges.
