📋 Description

• Conducting hearings; • Drafting defenses, appeals, and pleadings of high, medium and low complexity; • Negotiating settlements; • Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up; • Updating internal and client systems; • Conducting internal audits and audits upon client request;

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent); • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Experience in all stages of the legal process; • Civil litigation experience preferred; • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
