📋 Description

• Responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation cases; • Drafting all pleadings and documents related to the portfolio; • Negotiating settlements; • Updating the firm’s and client’s case management systems; • Monitoring case progress and deadlines; • Performing other routine tasks related to the portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP); • Postgraduate degree in Consumer Law and/or Civil Procedure (advantage); • Experience in Civil Procedure and Consumer Law (mandatory); • Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential; • Ability to work well in a team; • Good communication and professional demeanor; • Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent requests; • Oral and written communication skills; • Reliability and consistent attendance; • Postgraduate degree in Consumer Law and/or Civil Procedure (advantage)
