📋 Description

• Work directly on the company’s day-to-day regulatory matters, maintaining constant interaction with external teams. • Actively support responses and ensure appropriate access to information required by authorities and regulatory bodies. • Maintain contact with and manage routine relations with partner law firms. • Act strategically in the company’s regulatory defense, protecting operations against future risks and penalties imposed by public bodies and regulatory agencies, such as PROCON and DETRANs. • Strengthen compliance, governance, and sustainability practices aligned with the company’s operations. • Combine Regulatory Law with technology, acting proactively to ensure legal certainty in a complex regulatory environment. • Participate in meetings with internal areas such as Finance, Regulatory, Operations, and Controllership, providing support to strategic projects. • Provide legal support for expansion initiatives, especially in the food and digital services segments.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration. • Specialization in Administrative Law and/or Regulatory Law preferred. • Intermediate to advanced English. • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. • Proactive profile, capable of turning regulatory challenges into legal strategies. • Strategic business perspective to support operations and the company’s sustainable growth. • Operational capability to deliver fast, strategic, and technically consistent responses. • Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary work, maintaining interfaces with non-legal areas and partner law firms. • Flexibility and availability to travel, accompanying the team to strategic meetings and commitments.
