📋 Description

• Work in high-volume labor litigation, covering all procedural stages and appellate levels; • Draft legal pleadings and motions of medium to high complexity; • Conduct strategic hearings; • Enter and update information in internal and client systems; • Other routine law firm duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in labor law as defense counsel (representing the employer/respondent) with litigation activities (drafting pleadings, attending hearings, and system management); • Knowledge of all procedural stages; • Law degree (complete), postgraduate study in the area desirable; • Organized; • Autonomous, collaborative profile with the ability to manage multiple tasks; • Reliable with a strong sense of urgency; • Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association).
