📋 Description

• Work in mass labor litigation, covering all procedural phases and instances; • Draft pleadings of medium to high complexity; • Conduct strategic hearings; • Complete and update internal and client case management systems; • Other tasks inherent to law firm routine.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in labor law representing defendants (RECLAMADA), with litigation responsibilities (pleadings, hearings and case management system); • Knowledge of all procedural phases; • Law degree required; postgraduate specialization in labor law desirable; • Organized; • Autonomous and collaborative profile with the ability to manage multiple assignments; • Consistent attendance and a strong sense of urgency; • Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP).
