📋 Description

• Practice involving a wide range of civil law, civil procedure and regulatory matters, interacting with relevant market players with emphasis on the strategic insurance sector; • Drafting a wide variety of procedural documents, memoranda and legal opinions; • Participation in hearings, case conferences with judges and appellate judges, and oral arguments.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • At least 4 years of experience in strategic civil litigation, particularly with routine drafting of varied procedural documents and other advisory work (memoranda, legal opinions), with a hands-on profile and autonomy in day-to-day case management (deadline control, client contact, proposing legal strategy, risk analysis); • Fluent English is required.
