📋 Description
• Handle strategic administrative and judicial proceedings with a focus on Consumer Law. • Draft memoranda, legal consultations and technical opinions. • Participate in hearings, including mediations. • Advise clients on dispute prevention and act in pre-litigation stages.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (completed between 2019 and 2023) • Active OAB registration • Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in Consumer Law, Civil Procedure, or Civil Law • Advanced to fluent English • Strong communication skills
