📋 Description
• Work on special situations and capital solutions transactions • Debt restructuring and insolvency • Financing • M&A • Purchase and sale of credit portfolios and judicial claims (legal claims) • Investment funds, primarily FIDCs (Receivables Investment Funds)
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (completed) and active OAB registration • Fluency in English • Previous experience and practice in M&A • Experience with restructuring and/or investment funds (FIDCs) is a plus
